Kenny Cohen
Lighting and Video Design and Programming
Having studied Software Engineer and Lighting Design at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kenny is something. During his time at Carnegie Mellon University, he served as the President of the on-campus production company AB Tech where he oversaw and managed over 150 events annually. Additionally, Kenny served as the President of Lunar Gala, Pittsburgh's largest fashion event. He was a member of Scotch'n'Soda Theater where he helped light shows and mentor young lighting designers. In addition to taking courses from the renowned Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, he also worked on several of their productions.
Kenny has worked on a wide variety of shows ranging from theatrical productions to dance shows, operas, concerts and corporate events. He is a skilled lighting programmer having worked on EOS family consoles, grandMA2 consoles, PRG vX76 consoles and Hog consoles. He additionally has experience working with the PRG mBox media server as well as D3 media servers.
After graduating from Carnegie Mellon, Kenny started work for Apple as a Software Engineer in their Internet Software and Services division in Cupertino, California.
